E-Launch Centers are physical facilities where young adults (called E-Launchers) in targeted USA cities may receive services from trained Ambassadors that enable them to launch enterprises.
These enterprises have business models that include employees, community investors, and global marketplaces.
E-Launchers showcase their ideas at E-Launch Centers to gain awareness and feedback from early adopters in the local area. E-Launchers use this feedback to convert prototypes into minimum viable products.
Each E-Launch Center provides meeting spaces for mastermind groups. These groups meet monthly to place theri mambers in "HOT SEATS" to hold them accountable for goals set the previous month.
Each E-Launch Center plans and schedules 1 weekly investment presentation. These presentations are made by E-Launchers who are planning to launch their enterprise within 90 days.
The local Enterprise Center Director hires and trains independent sales agents. These ambassadors attend various events, make group presentations and obtain pre-seed sponsors for young entrepreneur workshops.
Any qualified and approved non-profit organization may enter into a sponsor agreement with the Jimvisions Corporation, represented by the local Senior Ambassador. Under this agreement, the sponsor enables the E-Launch Center to take root and sprout branches that create jobs. The following core support is required:
JEDI offers 9 group types, based on the interests and priorities of the E-Launchers who join the group and the policies and processes established by the group moderator.
At Launch, you must have prototype products and services to sell to the innovators in your marketplace. Our team of consultants helps you to market and sell your prototypes to these innovators. This enables you to realize the weekly launch goals you have set for each prototype.
Our team of experienced consultants works with you to identify the innovators in your marketplace. This enables you to focus on ideal customers who are ready to buy your prototypes.
Your launch campaign produces valuable feedback from first customers via surveys, interviews, and informal interactions with those innovators who have purchased your prototypes. Our team of consultants helps you to conduct these surveys.
Prior to the launch of your enterprise you must obtain the resources you need to launch your enterprise. This includes resource assessment meetings.
During the launch of your enterprise your launch team meets daily to set launch goals for each prototype.

The Ideation Lab Manager rents space, furnishings, supplies and equipment for fee-based ideation sessions that produce innovative business ideas. Any session may be planned to present an idea, to discuss product or service iterations, to exchange views on business models, to evaluate solutions to various types of problems in the local, national or global marketplace, based on policies and procedures contained in the Club Operations Manual. Sessions may be planned for students (on campus or online located anywhere), or non-student guests. Sessions may be planned for 1 to 4 hours or all-day.
Mastermind groups of 12 JEDI meet monthly. The meeting coordinator calls each JEDI to the 10-minute HOTSEAT where goals for the upcoming month are shared. Each of the remaining group members may ask questions about strategies, action plans, resources, or other aspects of the goals presented.
