E-Launch Sponsorship Program
Access To Capital and Investment Opportunities
Any individual, group or organization may serve as a sponsor of a Certified E-Luncher by entering into a SAFE Agreement.
Sponsorship enrollment is free. Under our simple sponsorship program agreement, the sponsor observes the progress of one or more E-Launchers over a period of months. When this Observation Period ends, the Sponsor is invited to a pitch presentation on Demo Day. Each Certified E-Launcher under observation makes a pitch presentation.
E-Launcher Certification Types
E-LAUNCHER CERTIFICATION TYPES
- Mindset Certification: The E-Launcher is in the mindset stage of development and must possess the mindset certification to be eligible for sponsorship. This certification means that the E-Launcher possesses a million $ mindset.
- Pre-Launch Certification: The E-Launcher is in the pre-launch stage of development and must possess the pre-launch certification to be eligible for sponsorship. This certification means that the E-Launcher is now a business entity with a business model and the basic resources needed to launch a million $ enterprise.
- Launch Certification: The E-Luncher is in the launch stage of development and must be certified to be eligible for sponsorship. This certification means the E-Launcher business entity has prototype products and services being offered to first adopters in a targeted marketplace.
Sponsorship Levels
Level 1: $250
Level 3: $1,000

TERM OPTIONS
Under each certification type, each investor invests $250. The total invested = the number of investors X $250. The client determines the maximum amount and the minimum amount to be raised. Each investor enters into a SAFE Agreement.
