Our team of experienced consultants works with you to identify the innovators in your marketplace. This enables you to focus on ideal customers who are ready to buy your prototypes.
At Launch, you must have prototype products and services to sell to the innovators in your marketplace. Our team of consultants helps you to market and sell your prototypes to these innovators. This enables you to realize the weekly launch goals you have set for each prototype.
Your launch campaign produces valuable feedback from first customers via surveys, interviews, and informal interactions with those innovators who have purchased your prototypes. Our team of consultants helps you to conduct these surveys.
Prior to the launch of your enterprise you must obtain the resources you need to launch your enterprise. This includes resource assessment meetings.
During the launch of your enterprise your launch team meets daily to set launch goals for each prototype.
