JEDI Terms - E-Launch Virtual Incubator

This website offers a free account. This account enables you to view and use valuable information regarding launching your enterprise. In addition, this account is required to purchase of services at this website.   

We provide certain services only via a written and signed professional services agreement. A model agreement may be available at this website, or may be obtained via email request to jim@jimvisions.com.  

Once purchased, you agree to comply with such terms and conditions, policies, rules, instructions and procedures found in action guides offered for sale and for use online at this website. 

We provide various workshops which are purchased and scheduled at this website. All purchases are final, and require you to provide an email address. The email address you provide is used to communicate with you and to deliver the information you need to attend the consultations purchased. You are required to participate via zoom software with both audio and video capabilities.

We engage associates to deliver information, guidance and advice. The training, experience and knowledge of our associates is provided at no additional charge to you.   

We provide work projects, that may include special tasks, and items of work that enhance and extend your capabilities. The terms and conditions governing these work projects are stated in a professional services agreement.  

Some services are available at no charge. These are called free services. Other services have a fee. The total fee is usually paid at the time of purchase.  

No refunds are available for the fees and charges collected at this website. 

We provide no guarantee of success for any service you purchase.

You become a JEDI, or a JEDI Beneficiary,  upon submitting the JEDI Community Application Form. The term of your membership is 1 year. It automatically renews automatically unless you submit a written request to cancel it.
