Local E-Launch Ambassadors

The E-Launch Ambassador is a business-to-consumer field sales specialist, who works for JEDI as an independent sales agent representing the E-Launch brand. The basic duty of the Ambassador is to identify targeted individuals, and convert them to clients. 

TARGETED INDIVIDUALS

Anyone employed under 30 years old who have a business idea he or she WANTS to try (OR TEST) without quitting his or her job) 

LEADS AND CLIENTS

The Ambassador sends the contact to a lead generation contact page at our website. This page captures the name and email address. Emails are dripped automatically by Kadabi Software containing course offers. 

Anyone who purchases an offer becomes a client. 

AFFILIATES

Affiliat status must be earned based on performance. An affiliate is an Ambassador with an affiliate link, which is shared via social media. Anyone who visits the landing page via this link generates a commission to the affiliate when they purchase,   

CORE BELIEFS

Each E-Launch Ambassador believes that there are thousands of young adults in his or her assigned metro area with an entrepreneurial itch, a lingering curiosity about entrepreneurship as a career. Accordingly, each day the Ambassador sets GOALS for new contacts, and for converting them into Registered E-Launchers who become JEDI clients. 

E-LAUNCH OFFERS

 E-Launch offers are tied to the type of idea the lead wants to develop into a million $ enterprise. There are 16 idea types (see home page) he lead selects one. The lead can select one. For example, a lead with a real estate idea may purchase a real estate course that focuses on real estate as a business. This is more attractive than "Idea To Action," 

This real estate course may have several offers. Any offer may be a 1-time payment, or multiple payments. The course " Real Estate Idea To Action" is for a person with a real estate idea but afraid to quit his/her job. He/she undergoes a mindset transformation, creates a burning desire to pursue this idea. The lead may want to complete the course in 2 weeks (1 payment of $97) All lessons are available at time of purchase. Or if a slower pace is desired (2 $67 monthly payments) New lessons are dripped every 7 days over a 2-month period.

The Ambassador makes a weekly sales plan that consists of daily new contact GOALS, and daily presentation GOALS, based on attending events, meetings and activities that are likely to produce at least 20 new contacts.  

DAILY CONTACT GOALS

The Ambassador makes a daily contact report and enters information about each contact into the E-Launch Hubspot CRM. 

WEEKLY CONTACT SUMMARY

In addition, a weekly contact summary is delivered to the Enterprise Center Director. 

The Ambassador is directed and supported by the local E-Center Director who supports up to 5 Ambassadors that comprise the local ambassador team.

The Ambassador invites new contacts to register for youth entrepreneurship workshops planned and scheduled by the local E-Center. 

WEEKLY SALES PLANS

The Ambassador makes a weekly sales plan that consists of daily new conact GOALS, and daily presentation GOALS, based on attending events, meetings and activities that are likely to produce at least 20 new contacts.  

DAILY CONTACT GOALS

The Ambassador makes a daily contact report and enters information about each contact into the E-Launch Hubspot CRM. 

WEEKLY CONTACT SUMMARY

In addition, a weekly contact summary is delivered to the Enterprise Center Director. 

The Ambassador is directed and supported by the local E-Launch Enterprise Center Director who supports up to 5 Ambassadors that comprise the local ambassador team.

The Ambassador invites new contacts to register for youth entrepreneurship workshops planned had scheduled by the local E-Lunch Enterprise Center. 

The E-Launch Ambassador must be skilled in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Must have presentation skills, must have verbal and written communications skills, must have negotiation skills, critical thinking skills, and goal-setting skills. 

The E-Launch Ambassador must have some knowledge of local community organizations, civic, sorority and fraternity groups, government agencies serving youth, youth service programs funded by private foundation and government grants,

The E-Launch Ambassador must have five years of related work experience.  

The E-Launch Ambassador gets the following

• A car to attend luncheons and approved events in the metro
• A weekly expense account 
• A weekly $50 fixed fee for each E-Luncher based on weekly contact summaries. 
• Client profit sharing opportunities  
• Program revenue commissions.
• Service revenue commissions,

The E-Launch Ambassador must have an interest in advancing from ambassador to senior ambassador to business unit manager to vice president based on the number of clients and their client purchase history.   

The E-Launch Ambassador must be a member of the Direct Selling Association or the National Customer Service Association, or similar organization approved by JEDI.
