We define entrepreneurship as the process used by individuals (or teams of individuals) who risk capital to pursue profit opportunities. These individuals are driven by desire, vision and innovation. They join the JEDI startup ecosystem network as entrepreneurs.

- Living Wage Program - Ecosystem entrepreneurs provide meaningful, fulfillingliving wage jobs as rated by Enterprise Center exists. Each living wage Job created includes a bonus to that employee's manager.A program fee applies.
- Economic Life Program - Ecosystem associates monitor E-Launch enterprises and monthly rate how well these enterprises contribute to the economic life of the communities in which they exist. A program fee applies.

- Founder Wealth Gap Program - Ecosystem founders set personal net worth targets that increase their net worth each year. A program fee applies.
- Associate Wealth Gap Program - Ecosystem associates set personal net worth targets that increase their net worth each year. A program fee applies.
- Founder Wealth Gap Recognition Program - Each business founder, co-founder, and launch team member who realizes his/her net worth goal receives a prize valued as a percent of the increase in his/her net worth. A program fee applies.
- Associate Wealth Gap Recognition Program - Each ecosystem associate who realizes his/her net worth goal receives a prize valued as a percent of the increase in his/her net worth. A program fee applies.

- Neighborhood Involvement Program. Each ecosystem enterprise involves home owners or qualified residents in the marketing outreach of products or services. A program fee applies.
- Government Involvement Program. Each ecosystem enterprise involves elected or appointed officials as advisors. A program fee applies.
