E-Launch facilities in different cities collaborate to form an economic development coalition. Each facility joins the local chamber of commerce & forms an E-Launch Startup Business Initiative to promote economic development in that city.
The EBI is a national coalition of E-Launch facilities and their member E-Launch businesses. Each facility joins its local chamber of commerce to promote economic development using startup businesses that grow into million $ enterprises.
The purpose of EBI is to create private sector jobs and entrepreneurial success in 16 different industries
EBI is a private economic development startup facility network sponsored by local chambers of commerce. The network facilitates of economic development by promoting business startups that create jobs where E-Lunch facilities exist.
LIVE-IN WORK FACILITIES FOR MINDSET PHASE
These E-Launch facilities have efficiency units and 1-bedroom units that provide residences for E-Launchers who have recently graduated from high school. They are now living with their parents. Or they may be leasing or renting an apartment. Office and coworking spaces with meeting & conference rooms, prototype development display and presentation rooms.
RESIDENTIAL CLUSTERS
These E-Launch facilities are located in neighborhoods and in the same block. Under this rsidential cluster concept, three buildings may be residential only and one building is for office and meetings only. Each E-Launch facility is a cluster of residential buildings. Each facility operates as a business unit serving E-Launchers in the mindset phase of development.
An efficiency residence is a compact, single-room living space that combines the living, sleeping, and dining areas, with a separate private bathroom and a small kitchenette. It is a type of studio apartment with a scaled-down kitchen (compared to a traditional studio). These apartments are affordable and well-suited for an E-Launcher who is in he mindset phase or th rocket launch phase. E-Lunchers may be employed full-time. who may rent an ofice or co-working space in in the E-Launh facility. ue to their smaller size and offer lower utility costs, making them a practical option for those on a budget. Monto-to-month rentals, & short-term leases.
A 1-bedroom residence has a full kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a full bath and kitchen. It may be shared by 2 E-Launchers who are either:
They have not yet formed their business entities, Or they are in the process of forming their business entities. They are still employed full-time. Or they are gig workers or contract workers seeking to launch an idea as a startup business. They may be golden egg certified or they may be in 1 of the 5 astages of golden eff certification.
E-Launch enterprise founders develop prototype products and services. The showcase service schedules and promotes to sponsors and potential sponsors regular demonstrations of these prototypes. The outcomes of these demonstrations is prototype sales to first adopters, and survey results that produce improvements to these prototypes.
Each E-Launch enterprise founder joins at least 1 mastermind group. Each group meets once monthly to place its members in the "CEO HOT SEAT" to hold E-Lunch enterprise chief executive officers accountable to sponsors for goals set the previous month, and compliance with sponsor ageements.
Each E-Launch Center plans and schedules 1 weekly investment presentation. These presentations are made by E-Launchers who are planning to launch their enterprise within 90 days.

JEDI offers 9 group types, based on the interests and priorities of the E-Launchers who join the group and the policies and processes established by the group moderator.
At Launch, you must have prototype products and services to sell to the innovators in your marketplace. Our team of consultants helps you to market and sell your prototypes to these innovators. This enables you to realize the weekly launch goals you have set for each prototype.
Our team of experienced consultants works with you to identify the innovators in your marketplace. This enables you to focus on ideal customers who are ready to buy your prototypes.
Your launch campaign produces valuable feedback from first customers via surveys, interviews, and informal interactions with those innovators who have purchased your prototypes. Our team of consultants helps you to conduct these surveys.
Prior to the launch of your enterprise you must obtain the resources you need to launch your enterprise. This includes resource assessment meetings.

Each Enterprise Center offers a variety of rooms to accommodate E-Launch founders, co-founders and launch teams.
Each E-Launch Enterprise Center offers:
The Ideation Lab Manager rents space, furnishings, supplies and equipment for fee-based ideation sessions that produce innovative business ideas. Any session may be planned to present an idea, to discuss product or service iterations, to exchange views on business models, to evaluate solutions to various types of problems in the local, national or global marketplace, based on policies and procedures contained in the Club Operations Manual. Sessions may be planned for students (on campus or online located anywhere), or non-student guests. Sessions may be planned for 1 to 4 hours or all-day.
Mastermind groups of 12 JEDI meet monthly. The meeting coordinator calls each JEDI to the 10-minute HOTSEAT where goals for the upcoming month are shared. Each of the remaining group members may ask questions about strategies, action plans, resources, or other aspects of the goals presented.
