- The student may be attending any accredited college or university.
- The student must have completed at least three approved college courses and received a passing grade for each course.

Full-Time Employee Sponsor
- The income of the employee must be less than $25,000 a year.
- The employee must have at least a 6-month work history.
- The employee must present a satisfactory performance rating from an authorized employer representative.
