E-Launch Business Launch Centers, located in cities across America, are facilities owned by JEDI subsidiaries that provide business startup services to E-Launch subscribers who live in that metro area.

The mission of EBC is economic development. The EBC is a national coalition of E-Launch Launch Centers and their member E-Launch businesses. Each facility is organized as a startup business skills training entity. joins its local chamber of commerce to promote economic development. Each facility provides an SBA microloan advisor.

EBC Chapters
Each EBI Chapter is a local branch of EBI. It has the same mission. It offers the same services. It is a separate legal entity owned by E-Launchers who live in that metro area.
The EBC Concept
EBI is a private network of economic development startup facilities.
E-Launchers who are clients of any one E-Launch facility may schedule FREE SBA microloan advisor coaching sessions. Each facility is a member of the local chamber of commerce. The EBI network facilitates economic development by promoting business startups that create jobs using SBA loans.
EBC Microloan Guarantee Fund
Each EBI chapter has members residing in the metro area served by that chapter. These members subscribe to E-Launch, and 50% of the subscription fees are paid to the EBI Microloan Guarantee Fund (EMGF), which is a separate corporation operated by JEDI.
Applications to the EMGF are submitted to the EMGF Loan Guarantee Committee. EMGF pledges its liquid assets to qualified applicants. These applicants use these pledges to collateralize SBA loans to E-Launchers.

Multi-Story Facilities
LIVE-IN WORK FACILITIES FOR MINDSET PHASE
These E-Launch facilities have efficiency units and 1-bedroom units that provide residences for E-Launchers who have recently graduated from high school. They are now living with their parents. Or they may be leasing or renting an apartment. Office and coworking spaces with meeting & conference rooms, prototype development display and presentation rooms.
Multi-Building Facilities
RESIDENTIAL CLUSTERS FOR MINDSET PHASE
These E-Launch facilities are located in neighborhoods and in the same block. Under this residential cluster concept, three buildings may be used to create one E-Launch facility. This facility provides both residential, office and meeting spaces. Each facility operates as a business unit owned by E-Launchers and serving E-Launchers in the mindset phase of development.

Efficiency Units
An efficiency residence is a compact, single-room living space that combines the living, sleeping, and dining areas, with a separate private bathroom and a small kitchenette. It is a type of studio apartment with a scaled-down kitchen (compared to a traditional studio). These apartments are affordable and well-suited for an E-Launcher who is in he mindset phase or th rocket launch phase. E-Lunchers may be employed full-time. who may rent an ofice or co-working space in in the E-Launh facility. ue to their smaller size and offer lower utility costs, making them a practical option for those on a budget. Monto-to-month rentals, & short-term leases.
One Bedroom Units
A 1-bedroom residence has a full kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a full bath and kitchen. It may be shared by 2 E-Launchers who are either:
- In the mindset phase or
- Early in the launch phase.
They have not yet formed their business entities, Or they are in the process of forming their business entities. They are still employed full-time. Or they are gig workers or contract workers seeking to launch an idea as a startup business. They may be golden egg certified or they may be in 1 of the 5 astages of golden egg certification.
