High School Entrepreneurs
The High School Entrepreneur of the Year is determined by a year-long series of 250 weekly game shows, at a rate of 5 game shows per week over 50 weeks.
TOTAL PARTICIPATING STUDENTS: 500 (2 per game show) Participating students are active members of E-Launch Business Clubs located in multiple metro areas.
THE FINALS: 48 students with the highest total score participate in 31 game shows over 3 elimination rounds of competition. Points earned each round carry over to the next round.
THE FINALS ROUND ONE: 24 game shows, 2 competitors per show, producing 24 round 1 finalists.
THE FINALS ROUND TWO: 12 game shows, 2 competitors per show, producing 12 round 2 finalists.
THE FINALS ROUND THREE: 6 game shows, 2 competitors per show, 6 round 3 finalists,
FINAL GAME SHOW: 6 round 3 finalists - 1 winner $10,000.
