Divisions enable you to customize your business launch experiences based on your account type. The career path you choose plays a factor as well.
A game is a 7-day contest between two teams. Each team has 3 members from the same chapter. Each member scores points by performing actions, set forth in action guides, that launch a new business.
Your coach awards you a score of 1 to 5 for each action you complete from an action guide you have purchased.
You must submit your completed action promptly according to the "Time to Complete" in the action guide.
As CEO you invest your time improving the profits of your business, by working "on" the business, not "in" the business. Watch this video to learn more.
The 4 primary responsibilities of the CEO are 1) Vision (a mental picture of the future - the place where you are leading the business), 2) Strategy (explanation of how you are going to realize this vision), 3) a measurement system (a way to monitor progress), 4) Communication (a way to effectively share your ideas with others)
As CEO, you must possess a set of success characteristics. Watch this video to learn more about this.
