VAUGHN JOINS OUR WEBSITE TO SCRATCH HIS ENTREPRENEURIAL ITCH IN A WAY THAT IS BOTH PRACTICAL AND AFFORDABLE
In this video, Vaughn decides to scratch his entrepreneurial itch with E-launch. He's thinking about going into business, His family members are saying no. It's too risky, You have no experience, and no money. Your job keeps you busy and pays the bills.
But Vaughn visits our website and creates an account. There is no contract. No month-to-month subscription. Of the 9 account types, he selects the thinker to review action guides.
He purchases 3 of the 7 action guides based on his need to remove lingering doubts, and his desire to create a burning desire to success. After some soul searching, Vaughn completes Step 1 within 30 days. He invests $90. In his spare time after work, he invests 3 hours. He gets clarity about his mission, his product, and his marketplace. Vaughn is now confident in his big idea and himself. He decides to pursue entrepreneurship as a career.
VAUGHN OBTAINS A MENTOR
Having eliminated his doubts about entrepreneurship, Vaughn selects E-Launch step 2. He turns his attention to mentoring.
Vaughn wants to attract a mentor who will provide the guidance he needs. So he purchases a couple of action guides that help him to attract mentors.
Vaughn contacts the local SCORE office and the small business development center in his area. This results in several possible mentoring relationships. $50 and 20 days later, Vaughn has a mentor.
VAUGHN CREATES HIS BUSINESS MODEL
Vaughn's big idea is a 24-hour car repair franchise. He receives his master tech certification from ASE.
Vaughn turns his attention to creating his business model, the set of key elements that expand his idea into a million $ business enterprise that delivers value to the marketplace.
Vaughn is struggling with this concept. He has heard of business plans. He believes he needs one. But he is confused.
So Vaughn selects step 3, and purchases several action guides. Vaughn explores and then purchases the action guides that he thinks will take him through the process of creating these key elements that transforms his idea into functional elements that comprise a successful business.
VAUGHN CREATES A NEW MINDSET
A mindset is a way of thinking that starts with beliefs and values that shape opinions, habits and decisions. A million $ mindset is a way to thinking that produces a specific, measurable, time-based goal. This is called a SMART goal.
Vaughn does not have this mindset. He has a self-employment mindset, based pursuing jobs as a primary source of income.
Vaughn, now with a million $ business model, realizes that he needs a million $ mindset if he is going to grow his business beyond self-employment.
He then selects step 4. He reviews the action guides and selects the ones he feels will help him to upgrade his mindset. This enables Vaught to understand the habits, beliefs, and values he must adopt to develop a million $ enterprise.
VAUGHN FORMS A NEW BUSINESS ENTITY, HIRES HIMSELF AS CEO, AND ACQUIRES NEEDED RESOURCES
Vaughn realizes that he needs to form a business entity to separate and protect his personal assets from his business assets.
Vaughn also knows that he needs a co-founder, a website, seed capital, and a variety of other things, like a tax id #, a business license, a tax account, a bank account, a variety of software, and a desktop computer, plus a set of operating procedures.
He needs a launch team.
He selects step 5. This enables him to explore several action guides to identify and walk him through the process of creating a launch team and conducting projects that obtain these resources.
VAUGHN'S BUSINESS CONFIRMS THAT IT IS READY TO INTRODUCE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INTO THE MARKETPLACE
Vaughn needs a checklist to confirm that he has everything he needs to launch his new business.
He and his team need to review the product and service prototypes, select revenue models, obtain business partners, and install business processes.
He selects step 6. This enables Vaughn and his launch team to conduct projects that identify and obtain the launch resources the business needs to place their prototypes into the marketplace.
VAUGHN'S BUSINESS CREATES AND EXPANDS ITS LIST OF LEADS AND PROSPECTS WAYS TO SERVE CUSTOMERS
Vaughn and his team need a list of prospective buyers prior to the projected launch date. This assures that when prototypes are made available for sale, there is a test group their launch audience of potential buyers.
They also need to put in place customer services and procedures to communicate with first customers.
They look at step 7 and identify several action guides to fill these needs.
